Auction Rules and Info
*Bid forms will open in pop-up window. Be sure to enable pop-ups
for bidding!*
- The cost of shipping in the continental U.S. is included in the bidding prices. For International Shipping, the winner must pay final bid amount plus an additional $5 shipping fee.
- Auction bid amounts will only be accepted in increments of US $1.00 unless otherwise indicated. No change will be accepted-for example $0.16.
- You must list your name and e-mail address on your bid. If your name and e-mail are not included your bid will not be accepted.
- Bids will not automatically update. They will be updated periodically throughout the day by Crested Guardian volunteers.
- Each item must be bid on separately. Please do not try to bid on multiple items per e-mail.
- If for any reason you are having trouble placing your bid please contact Sarah at S616Sarah@aol.com and she will do anything she can to help.
- Falsifying or omitting your name, address, e-mail address, or telephone number (including disconnected numbers and fax machine numbers) is strictly prohibited. If any information is incomplete of false you will be denied participation from this auction as well as in future Crested Guardian events and fund raisers, by being placed on a "Do Not Accept Bids" list. Also, any items that you have bid on and/or won will be forfeited.
- Upon winning you will be sent a "Winning Bid" e-mail. If you wish to remain anonymous on our web site as a winner you must respond within 24 hours stating so.
- If you bid on an item you have just made a binding contract and "IF" you are the high bidder at the end of the auction (i.e. the winner) you must proceed with payment of the item within seven days of the close of the item.
- We will accept Paypal for payment (Paypal button is to the right of the website page.) When paying please include the item number in the Paypal subject/donation line. If the item number or description is not included we will have no record of your payment and your item will be forfeited. If you would like to pay any other way than PayPal please contact Sarah at S616Sarah@aol.com within 24 hours of the close of your item.
- If payment is not received within seven days of the close of your item you will forfeit the item and it will go to the next highest bidder.
- Auction items will be mailed out in a timely fashion, however, please allow 3-5 weeks for delivery. If you have bid on a service you will be put in contact with the company within one week after your payment is received. Please understand that the time for your service to be completed after winning may vary and Crested Guardians is not responsible for the completion of your service.
- If you have submitted false information or do not pay for items that you have won within the allotted time you will be placed on a "Do Not Accept Bids" list for future records with Crested Guardians, Inc.
- Bidding for each item will end at 9 PM EST on the day specified in the item description. No bids will be updated after 9 PM EST daily, and no bids will be accepted after the bidding has ended on a particular item.
- Please respect these rules. We appreciate all valid bids and payments.
All items are brand new and were removed from the packages
only for the purpose of taking pictures.
