volunteers devoted to protecting and helping the Chinese Crested dog in
need. More info coming soon! Chinese Crested Characteristics
Frequently described as a "prancing pony," the Chinese Crested Dog is
an elegant, graceful dog that is highly intelligent. While it typically
gets along well with other pets, it can be quite feisty and will not
tolerate being put upon by other dogs. This breed loves to be with
people and is not a dog that should be left alone for long periods of
time. When in the mood for love, it adores being cuddled and is very
affectionate. Extremely agile, The Chinese Crested loves to play but
because of its small size and delicate bone structure, "rough and
tumble" play is not advised. Provided training is made interesting and
the dog can see the point in the exercise, training is relatively easy. This great description of the Chinese crested was found here: http://www.animalcaresociety.org Powderpuff Chinese Crested Hairless Chinese Crested
